The largest public K-12 school system in California, relies on the Aeries Parent Portal as a primary method of communication. Parents and guardians use the website and app to track student assignments, see grades, exchange information and messages with teachers and staff, and make payments to their child’s in-school meal account.
Parents need to access this portal daily, but when internet access or power went down at the main site, their portal access was suspended.
Administrators from the school system sought a way to ensure uninterrupted portal access to families.
